Watchdog works much like a regular search, you simply set the individual parameters to filter the results based on what you're looking for.
You can have more than one Watchdog, so if you are looking for an apartment and a mansion, for example, you can set up a different one for each property.
Name your watchdog and choose how often you want to be notified about the properties it discovers for you.
Alternatively, you can also create a watchdog directly from a search result by clicking the eye icon above the search result.
Watchdog will send you newly listed properties by e-mail. The frequency of sending can be changed in your account at any time.
