PAYMENT TERMS

The first part of the Purchase Price of CZK 150,000 (2+kt) or CZK 250,000 (4+kt) is deposited as a reservation fee into the Attorney's Escrow Account based on the Reservation Agreement.

The second part of the Purchase Price in the amount of 20% (of the total Purchase Price) shall be deposited by the Buyer Party into ten days from the date of conclusion of the Future Purchase Contract, either to the Account Attorney's Escrow Account or to the Bank's Project Account, if established by the Bank.By concluding  of the Purchase Agreement, this second instalment shall be included in the Purchase Price.

The Purchaser shall deposit the balance of the Purchase Price within ten days of the date of execution of the Purchase Agreement, either into the Attorney Escrow Account or the Project Account, as determined by the Selling Party in the SOSBK and the Purchase Agreement. The closing of the Purchase Agreement shall take place upon completion of the construction of the Residential Building, which shall be determined by the issuance of the occupancy permit or the legal effect of the occupancy permit.
