INTRODUCING RED OAK PROJECT

The stylish and modern 3rd phase of the project presents apartments and studios with gardens or terraces in five separate chamber houses.
The houses are being built in two phases in a quiet location on the outskirts of Kostelec nad Černými lesy, just 30 km from the Prague border, surrounded by beautiful wooded landscape. Each of them will offer three apartments and one studio.

Project concept

The architecture of the houses and the concept of the flats are very attractive, creating a pleasant atmosphere of living in an intimate house, without its inhabitants incurring high costs and bearing all the worries on their shoulders. The house has a common central entrance, from which two doors lead to the ground floor apartments and then a staircase to the first floor. On the 2nd floor there is one 2-bedroom apartment with a study and a screened terrace and one studio, which can be used for living and business. On the 1st floor there are two apartments of 4+kk and each of them has a garden of 400 m2. The terraces of the apartment and the studio on the 2nd floor face the opposite side to the gardens of the apartments below them, so everyone has their own privacy in the garden and on the terrace. Parking spaces at the house are of course included in the offer. This development project is also a great choice for two-generation housing if more apartments are purchased.

Advantages of living outside Prague

The project site is surrounded by the forests of the Voděradské bučin, the valley of the Šembery, Jevanska or Vyžlovka with a natural swimming pool. Thanks to its natural beauty, it is green, healthy and offers a liberating lifestyle, but it is also seamlessly accessible to and from larger cities with all their amenities. From the Red Oak Oasis, you can drive, take the bus and, when connected, take the train anytime. You may not need to travel anywhere often or far, as Kostelec itself offers a wealth of amenities that are constantly developing. But if you do - it won't be a problem. You can reach the Prague Metro station Černý most in 30 minutes by car, and the city centre in about 50 minutes. The bus to the Háje station runs almost directly from the project in just half an hour. From Říčany you can take the train to Prague Main Station in 27 min. In Brod you are by car and bus in 15 min and in Říčany in half an hour.
