Booking fee 500 000 CZK including VAT

Payment of 15 % of the total purchase price at the signing of the future purchase contract, including the reservation fee already paid

Within 30 days from the signing of the reservation contract, the signing of the future purchase contract follows, adjustment of the time according to the requirements of the interested party is possible

Additional payment of the purchase price after approval of the unit in approx. Q2/2025
