Emil Kasarda

Emil gained his extensive experience and know-how from his many years as a real estate consultant. He began his career in real estate in 2003. In 2008, he founded the real estate agency Luxent – Exclusive Properties, which he still owns today. Luxent has gradually become one of the most important players in the market, having arranged the sale or lease of more than 5,000 exclusive properties. In his spare time, Emil enjoys traveling, sports cars, and his family.

I’m simply picky. Just like you. I was already picky in 2008. When there weren’t enough quality services on the market at the time, I decided to stop settling for compromises and established Luxent - Exclusive Properties. Not even the global crisis stopped me. I believe that there is always a place to move forward. Don’t compromise on your demands, but at the same time do good business with respect and humility.

Mgr. Jiří Kučera

Jiří is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his vast professional career, he has held a number of top management positions in the fields of media and communication, private education, development, and the real estate market. He’s been the director of the Luxent – Exclusive Properties real estate agency since 2017 and has been working in the field for more than 10 years. His hobbies include spending time with his family and mountain hiking. His interests include what’s happening in the real estate market, design, and wood processing.

MARKETING MANAGER

Mgr. Jana Kasardová

Jana is a graduate of the Faculty of Public Administration at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Slovakia. After studying in Slovakia and traveling the world, she moved to Prague in 2006, where she began her career in marketing and communication. For over 10 years, she has held top managerial positions as head of marketing for multinational retail chains. She began collaborating with Luxent as part of consultations in 2020, and today, she’s a full-fledged member of the team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sports, art, and culture.

I’m proud of how important a company and great a team my brother has managed to create. I remember the times when we were coming up with what Luxent’s name would be. It’s an honor for me to be part of its continuing development.

Tereza Mikesková

Tereza is finishing her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at the University of New York in Prague. During high school and college she lived in Texas, USA, where she gained valuable experience in international relations and communication. During her studies, she worked in finance, from where her interest in the real estate market led her to Luxent, where she has worked since 2024. In her free time, she enjoys studying languages, traveling, horseback riding, dancing and yoga.

The goal is to build quality long-lasting relationships, both in and out of the office.

Anna-Mariia Liubun

Ing. Šárka Tichá

Šárka has been working in the real estate business since 2009. She specializes in selling luxury apartments and houses, and especially development projects. She likes to work with designers and enjoys leaving behind a good feeling of satisfaction on all sides. Over the last few years, she has successfully realized and sold a number of unique projects for developers, and currently she primarily focuses on project management. She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a focus on foreign trade. In addition to her work as a real estate expert, she owns a small publishing house focused on personal growth. Her work allows her to make use of her skills in English and Russian, and she also speaks German and Spanish. She enjoys yoga, cats, interior design, nature, and gardens.

More and more, I’m pleased by the great creativity that my work requires, especially for development projects; I also enjoy the variety of themes, architecture, types of real estate, and, of course, the inspiring people I meet every day.

Ing. Pavla Kalousová

Pavla is a graduate of the Faculty of Business and Economics of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and the Rudolfinum Academy in Prague, majoring in antiques. In addition to her professional experience in real estate, printing, trade, and advertising, she has long enjoyed studying historical buildings and design. She is the author of the book “Kitchen and Table Settings of the Nobility”. She has been working for Luxent since 2016. She is responsible for the sale of luxury historic and modern real estate. Her greatest hobbies include travel, hiking, history, aromatherapy, and gardening.

I really like this job. It humbles my soul to see what people are able to build and create, and I enjoy helping people choose a property. Everything is interesting, different every day, simply inspiring. I appreciate the trust of the people who entrust their real estate business to our company; they get an insight into otherwise guarded privacy. Many of them later become friends.

SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

Ing. Lenka Munter

Lenka is a graduate of the Faculty of Business and Economics of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and History of Art at the Rudolfinum Academy in Prague. She used to deal with the protection of architectural heritage properties, and she’s collaborated with the most important developers operating in the Czech Republic as well as with Czech and foreign artists. She co-founded the association “Friends of the National Museum of Women in the Arts”, where she worked for six years. After several years of independent work, her knowledge of the development environment, real estate investments, and great interest in extraordinary, modern, and historic architecture led her to join forces with Luxent, where she’s been working for several years. She works on the sale of unique settlements, especially historic buildings.

Art, history, and historical architecture have accompanied me throughout my life. My work also lets me meet interesting people and hear their fascinating stories.

EXTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST

Romana Čermáková

Romana has been working in the real estate business since 2019 and provides assistance on the sale of residential real estate and development projects. She views working with real estate as a challenge that moves her forward; she always puts the needs and expectations of her clients first. Her previous professional career was in gastronomy and the realization of culinary-related projects. In her free time, she likes to travel, and her interests include design and fine cuisine.

Expetional real estate gives me the opportunity to meet people who appreciate quality, uniqueness, and design. I’m glad that I can satisfy our clients and offer them exceptional real estate.

SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST

Ing. Zdeněk Jemelík

Zdeněk is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in finance. While in college, he was already focused on real estate; his dissertation was focused on property investments. During his studies, he worked in the financial sector of an international company, then after graduation he began to devote himself fully to real estate work. His specialties primarily include sales of residential real estate and development projects. He also provides advice on investment acquisitions and leases. He has been working for Luxent since 2017; he’s currently in charge of the sale of the Garden Lofts development project and Molo Lipno Resort for more than CZK 1 billion. He speaks English and French. In his free time, he focuses mainly on sports and travel.

Mgr. Adam Kvasnička

Adam is a graduate of the CEVRO Institute in Prague. He gained his experience in the short-term rental industry, which he has been focused on since 2015. His growing interest in real estate in the Czech market brought him to Luxent in 2020. He primarily specializes in arranging long-term leases. His strong points are his communication skills in dealing with clients and his desire to work on himself. His favorite hobbies are traveling and sports; he likes to connect both through sport climbing.

A great team and a motivating work environment are what drives me forward, and that’s definitely Luxent and the world of real estate.

FOREIGN PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Mgr. Jesika Schopper

Jesika graduated in International Business Management from the University of New York in Prague. Before university, she studied and lived abroad for a few years, thanks to which she speaks several world languages - English, German and French. She entered the world of real estate in 2022 in a real estate office in Marbella, Spain. Throughout her career, she has learned the importance of personal approach, communication, loyalty and empathy when dealing with clients. Her hobbies include traveling, moving and spending time with her family.

The combination of meeting new people and finding them a new home, whether in a home in the Czech Republic or a dream holiday destination, is absolutely perfect at Luxent! The ensuing satisfaction and positive feedback from clients makes me so happy and is my driving force.

PROJECT MANAGER

Veronika Pecková

Veronika studied in London at the University of Westminster and at the University of New York in Prague with a focus on general business, and is currently continuing her education at the Prague School of Economics in the MBA Real Estate programme. She has been in the real estate market since 2015 in management positions under the tutelage of major developers and investors. In Luxent team she is a sales specialist focused on real estate in Croatia, where the market and environment are very close to her.

Croatia has been my second home since early childhood. Therefore, I will offer you not only interesting and beautiful properties, but also a perfect know-how of the environment and orientation in development opportunities and projects of different levels of complexity.

MARKETING & PROJECT COORDINATOR

Kristýna Mizerová

Kristýna has been part of the Luxent team since 2015. She graduated from high school in Zlín, continuing her studies at Palacký University in Olomouc in the field of editorial journalism. After graduating, she worked for several years in an administrative position in the legal sector. She worked abroad for almost a year, gaining experience in communication, marketing, and language skills. She excels in organizational skills, creative thinking, and in her team spirit. At Luxent, she’s primarily responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing and sale of development projects as well as establishing and deepening relationships with partners and clients. In her free time, she focuses mainly on music and art (especially painting and photography).

It’s a joy that for so many years, I’ve been able to work in a team that emanates creativity, responsibility, and a positive attitude towards work, people, and their needs. At Luxent, I get a strong feeling of stability, professionalism, helpfulness, and deep human values, and that’s very important to me.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Michaela Mikeska, B.A.

Michaela considers her key life experience to be her time studying in the USA, and she still draws from that today. After two years of living across the waters, she returned, enriched with English skills and a newly gained cultural perspective. After graduating from the Czech Republic, she went back to the USA to complete a semester at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg with a focus on the English language. In 2013, she moved to Prague and graduated from the Anglo-American University, majoring in Journalism and Communications. In her free time, she devotes herself to self-education, but she also enjoys fitness, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. Her interest in communication, as well as her curiosity and versatility, led her to Luxent, where she’s been a member of the team since September 2017. She’s now on maternity leave, but she’s in charge of creating content and managing our social networks.

Aside from the language I learned, the USA mainly gave me a sense of perspective that you really need when working with people. This has helped me understand the demanding requirements of clients much better.
